Oklahoma overwhelmed an Oklahoma State team that spent all season living on the edge, and the Sooners will almost certainly have a playoff spot to show for it after beating the Cowboys 58-23 on Saturday night to win Bedlam.
Any hopes of Notre Dame sneaking into the College Football Playoff were crushed on Saturday night when Stanford kicker Conrad Ukropina split the uprights for a 45-yard field goal as time expired to give the Cardinal a 38-36 win over the Fighting Irish.
Florida’s offensive woes continued on Saturday in a rivalry showdown against Florida State, as the Seminoles walked away with a dominant 27-2 victory. The Gators are still going to next week’s SEC title game, but any playoff dreams appear crushed.
Auburn put up a fight against No. 2 Alabama in Saturday’s Iron Bowl, but ultimately Derrick Henry and the Alabama defense proved to be too much to handle, as the Crimson Tide won 29-13 to clinch the SEC West and keep a playoff bid within reach.
As of this morning, we have three games with some potential weather implications. The first game to watch is Buffalo in Kansas City as the weather is expected to be a high of 35 degrees during the game and rain throughout. This will impact the passing game, not that either team has much of it these days and so the fantasy impact in this game would be to take the Chiefs defense and avoid just about everyone except for LeSean McCoy. Next we have the Titans expecting some rain as well. A bit different though as the temperature for the game is expected to be 60 degrees so very little impact in that one. Last we have the undefeated Patriots traveling to Denver for the Sunday night game. It is expected to only be 24 degrees with potential for some snow. Both teams are very banged up and really the only reason to play guys in this game is for the primetime contests. Take Brady if it snows as he is by far the best passer in the league under those conditions, the problem for him this week is who is going to throw the ball to. For more information just come here.

In this section, we look to provide you with a breakdown of who the public is taking this week. Since this information is not readily available we are using the perfect challenge from nfl.com.
Based on public picks, most everyone will be on Carson Palmer but Hoyer and McCown will be the plays for today. At RB, look for Chris Johnson and Rawls to lead the pack but AP will be selected in most lineups. At WR you almost cannot go wrong with Hopkins, Beckham Jr. and/or Julio Jones. All three should have a typical day at the office, I like Michael Floyd today as a cheap guy that will put up big numbers. At defense our #1 for this week was Carolina but they already put the beat down on the Cowboys on Turkey day so for today we have the Chiefs in the freezing rain.

There will be no need to complain about the Ohio State offense this week, as the No. 8 Buckeyes dominated No. 10 Michigan on Saturday, winning 42-13 behind Ezekiel Elliott and a run game that cruised against the Wolverines defense.
Virginia Tech’s final game wasn’t even over yet, and athletic director Whit Babcock appeared to have already won the coaching carousel. Multiple reports on Saturday indicated that Memphis coach Justin Fuente will replace Frank Beamer.
LSU ended a three-game losing streak by beating Texas A&M 19-7 on Saturday, but the game was merely the undercard to a surreal main event afterward that ended with coach Les Miles being told that he will continue as head coach.
